  • Crudité with bagna cauda
  • Grilled asado short rib of beef
  • Salsa of oregano, roast garlic, sumac, lemon
  • Charred sugarloaf cabbage with sherry and walnut vinaigrette
  • Tomato, strachiatella and rocket salad
  • White chocolate and raspberry mille-feuille
