BAR MANAGER COCKTAIL TRIO
3 bar managers, 3 deliciously creative cocktails. Get started with the Panzadine, created by Mr. Wong’s Natasha Capol. This riff on the classic Boulevardier cocktail (think a Negroni with Cognac instead of gin), combines the roasty coconut flavours of pandan from South East Asia with Australia native macadamia and wattle seed. Next up, the Lookout Point, created by Antonello Arzedi, from Will's. Bright and vibrant, this tasty cocktail combines Reposado Tequila with French aromatised wine, juicy pink peppercorn and bright citrus flavours of lemon myrtle and green mango with a delicate lick of smoke.
Last, but certainly not least, Pineapple Sage, created by Giacomo Franceshi of Charlie Parker’s. Soft and fruit-forward characteristics of Maker’s Mark are lovingly coaxed to the front in this unctuous cocktail combining honey and pineapple sage, brightened by local verjus and the bitter/ sweet orange flavours of Amaro Montenegro.
