Tips for best results: Before you start prepping your meal, refrigerate your bottled cocktail in the coldest part of your fridge for at least an hour. Martini glasses are, of course, ideal but wine glasses are fine. If you can, keep them cold in your fridge or freezer. Martinis like this have to be very cold from start to finish. A such, it is best to pour yourself a small amount so it will not have a chance to warm up and put the bottled cocktail back in the fridge. You can always go back for seconds.
Directions: As you are ready to get your starters on the table, take your glasses, lemon zests & bottle of Bert’s Martini out of the fridge. Hold one of the supplied lemon zests with both thumbs and forefingers lengthways over the drink and snap your fingers together to release its oils. Drop the zest into the drink. Fill half way with ice and secure lid.
Shake as hard as you can for a ten count or until you can see a foam starting to form.
Pour out into your chilled glasses through a sieve & funnel.
Tips for best results: Directions: Put your salt into a saucer or small plate and a little bit of lime juice onto a separate one.Margarita
Wet the rims of the glasses with your lime juice and dip into the salt.
Pour all ingredients into your jar or cocktail shaker in above quantities.

Combine the following in the glasses.
2 measures Maker’s Mark, 3 dashes of Australian Bitters and one teaspoon of sugar syrup (more if you prefer it sweeter).
Stir 20 times.
