Merivale at Home has been an idea we’ve been wanting to launch for quite some time. With the recent restrictions of COVID-19, and our beloved venues on hiatus, we still wanted our guests to be able to experience our restaurant meals in the comfort and safety of their own home. Now we’re here to deliver a range of menus, alcohol and produce boxes for all of Greater Sydney.
Merivale at Home offers five menus to choose from, each serving two people and changing regularly: Mr. Wong, Totti’s, Bert’s Bar & Brasserie, Fred’s and Vinnie’s Pizza. Each menu has been created by our Executive Chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Danielle Alvarez, Mike Eggert and Vincenzo Biodini. The meals are nearly ready to eat, with the finishing touches easy enough for the home cook.
Meals can also be paired with Merivale drink packs - our Master Sommelier Franck Moreau has handpicked wines to complement each menu, while Merivale's Group Bars Manager, Sam Egerton, has created pre-batched aperitifs. Our new at-home sommelier service provides access to our team of somms, who will even be on hand to provide recommendations to you over the phone.
We're also proud to be supporting and collaborating with our long-standing food suppliers by offering home-delivered, restaurant-quality produce boxes. Here, you can order fresh fruit and veg boxes from Parisi, premium meat from Haverick Meats and high-quality fresh seafood from Poulos Bros. The boxes are complete with tips and recipe suggestions from Danielle Alvarez.
We know we’re living in unprecedented times, but we hope that Merivale at Home can offer a bit of comfort and something to look forward to.
